All personal and financial data is stored on servers protected by AES-256 encryption. Payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are tokenised so raw account numbers are never held in plain text within our systems.

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytical cookies to understand which features are used most. You can manage cookie preferences from the Privacy Centre in your account settings at any time without affecting core functionality.

Account Security Layers

Your account is protected by password hashing, optional two-factor authentication via your registered mobile number, and automatic session expiry after a period of inactivity. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger a verification step.

Data Retention Schedule

We hold transactional records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. Account profile data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed closure request, except where retention is legally required.

Your Access and Correction Rights

You can request a full export of the personal data we hold about you at any time. Corrections to inaccurate details — such as a changed mobile number or updated address — can be submitted through the in-app Privacy Centre or via our support team.

Third-Party Data Sharing Limits

We share your data only with payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe rails) and identity verification partners necessary to operate your account. Each partner is contractually bound to handle your data in line with this policy.
